What is Ktidzosthenics?

Ktidzosthenics comes from the combination of the Greek words ktizo (κτίζω),  which means “to create”, and sthénos (σθένος), meaning “strength”.  Similar to how the word calisthenics came into the lexicon, ktidzosthenics is the practice of strengthening an individual’s creative abilities through the use of simple daily exercises which promote the power to stay resilient, flexible, and astute in problem solving.
